Shipping

We will ship your order in 0-2 business days from Melbourne, Australia. In most cases, orders are shipped the same or next day.

We are open for shopping appointments Monday to Friday 10.30 am to 3 pm if you're in Melbourne.

TRACKING

All orders receive a tracking number in the email when the order has been shipped. This number won't appear in the system until the parcel is scanned in by our delivery partner.

To track your order with Australia Post, or update your delivery preferences :

  1. Click on the tracking number link in your email.
  2. You can update your delivery preferences here such as ‘Leave it in a Safe Place’ or ‘Redirect it’.

If you are not at home Australia Post or the courier will either leave your goods if safe to do so, or deliver them to your local post office. (Sometimes this is not your usual local post office). If you choose 'signature' for delivery, then they will not leave your goods unattended.

Australia Post no longer leaves delivery cards, and instead sends texts and emails alerting you to their attempted delivery in most cases. You may require a MyPost account with them for efficient delivery communication.

We highly recommend considering the delivery address be a place of business so that your delivered goods are secure. You can also use the 24/7 Parcel Collect service by Australia Post and re-direct your parcel there.

Larger items and parcels often require a courier which means someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  1. FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $99 (Australian Addresses Only)
  2. Australia Post International, Express Post & Signature Available. (Rates calculated at checkout)
  3. DHL Express Priority Shipping is available to all addresses. (Rates calculated at checkout)

RESPONSIBILITY

We do not take responsibility for shipping delays or lost items however we have found reliability in 99% of shipments.

We ship items the same or the next business day but sometimes, there are additional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We are a small business stretching ourselves at every opportunity for excellent customer service. Please contact us ASAP if something is urgent, we do our very best to ensure expedited shipping.

 

INSURANCE

Insurance is not covered in any shipping methods offered, so if you would like to pay extra for insurance, please let us know at the time of your order. We do not take any responsibility for lost or misplaced items by our shipping partners.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES

If you're an international customer, please be aware that we do not prepay, nor are we responsible for import costs or local taxes. Prior to delivery of your parcel, your local authorities will contact you for your payment of these costs.These costs are your responsibility and if you deny costs or the shipment is returned to us, we will incur extra costs from our courier company for this extra delivery, which will be deducted from your refund on the returned goods.
